AI assists with organising evidence; people validate it, identify a Transformation Challenge and choose a credible first action. The episode introduces all four Capability Diamonds without turning the story into a catalogue of 100 areas.
Transformation Intelligence, experienced.
A connected series of interactive and immersive experiences showing how evidence, AI-assisted analysis, human judgement and four Capability Diamonds can support educational, organisational and policy transformation.

Start inside the real Observatory
The first interactive companion is already usable while the audiovisual and immersive production layer is developed.
Inside the Skills Observatory
Companion to Episode 1 — The Observatory Genesis. Follow the real route from Strategic Domains and Capability Areas to individual skills, ESCO alignment, evidence sources and human-guided action.

Five connected episodes
The first episode establishes the Observatory as the shared intelligence space. Episodes 2–5 then explore each Capability Diamond while keeping the other domains connected.
A learner and educator confront different possible futures for the same Transformation Challenge and decide which signals deserve attention.
The apparent answer changes after scrutiny of data quality, human needs and governance. AI is shown as a capable assistant, not an autonomous decision-maker.
Users, partners and practical constraints shape a prototype or venture response. The focus is on combining capabilities rather than treating them as isolated scores.
The final episode integrates futures, AI, innovation and sustainability to design, test and communicate a response to the shared Transformation Challenge.
Technology is not the protagonist
The perspectives originally defined for the SKILLBRIDGE flagship experiences continue across the series, so the same intelligence is seen through different decisions and responsibilities.
Lecturer / programme lead
Uses Observatory intelligence to redesign learning and make curriculum choices.
Learner
Experiences how future-oriented capabilities are acquired through new learning formats and work-based contexts.
Enterprise / startup
Tests capabilities against real users, constraints, innovation needs and ecosystem relationships.
Policy / advisory
Connects foresight and capability intelligence to education reform, workforce strategy and public action.
One story, several ways to engage
The library is designed to grow without discarding earlier assets. Interactive companions remain useful after immersive episodes are published.
Explore real Observatory screens, evidence, skills and Capability Areas at your own pace.
Short connected narratives produced through the IASLAB co-creation and finishing process.
Approved clips, explainers and reusable assets for the website, events and social channels.
A modest first prototype can test Capability Diamond relationships and transformation missions before any larger game is considered.
A library that becomes more immersive over time
Interactive layer
Publish a genuine, usable website section with approved Observatory content, version labels and growing assets.
Co-created episode pilots
Student teams, IASLAB mentors and project content advisers develop scripts, visual prototypes and interaction ideas against approved evidence.
Finished immersive series
Final audiovisual/immersive masters, accessibility, rights and platform-ready exports are added to the same library when production scope is confirmed.
